My last trip

Went to Strasburg, in my last trip this month, the capital of the Tarte Flambe. I felt in love for this French city that has a huge German influence. The cannals reminded me of Amsterdam. You can notice the German flair in the arquitecture and on people's behavior. Everyone there speaks German because it was a German territory a couple of decades ago. What I love about this city is that you can do everything walking distance. The most popular way of transportation is bycicle, which is great. Unfortunately there was almost nothing vegan for me, the food was very meat oriented as you can expect in Alsace (French region close to German). It was all about chucrute and "couchon"! I really enjoyed the local white aspargus, the potatoes and the pretzel bread everywhere I went!

I went to visit Pierre Herme factory where he produces macaron and chocolate and ships across Europe. It blowed me away !

Went to this incredible Asacian 3 Stars Restaurant that I recommend Auberge de L'ill. They made a complete 100% vegan meal for me.

 A biantot!
